Relationship Therapy

My relational therapy is attachment based, helping you build trust and deepen your connection.

Recognizing when things aren’t working takes courage. There may be concerns about what might be discovered or uncovered. I know it feels counterintuitive, to talk about what feels uncomfortable or scary but the conflict is already there and it actually brings relief to name it and work through it. All relationships need attention and care, even if you are on solid ground.

Challenges in relationships, even a crisis, are opportunities to get stronger and grow closer.

I specialize in the following areas:

  • Infidelity/affairs

  • Parenting and Coparenting

  • Revitalizing long term partnerships

  • Sexual health

  • Trauma

  • Addictive behaviors

  • Life transitions

Although I don’t subscribe to any one specific modality in my practice. I often pull from psychodynamic, attachment theory, family systems and humanistic. I will at times use tools such as Gottman, Acceptance Commitment, Somatic, Imago and Emotionally Focused therapy. I often integrate mindfulness-based approaches which reduce anxiety and stress and assist in managing high emotions between partners.

I will at times see couples together and individually. The growth of your relationship depends on your individual growth, and that will look different for each of you.

I have the best interests of your relationship at heart — so I have to get to know both of you to understand how your relationship truly works.

With over 25 years of experience in working with all types of relationships, I offer a unique blend of insight and compassion to help navigate complexities with couples to foster deeper deeper connections.
