I offer a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy and trust we all have the intuitive power and wisdom within us to get to the the healing and growth we need. Therapy is a journey towards finding balance and wholeness. It is about disentangling yourself from patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, as much as it is about cultivating self-acceptance and reconnecting with essential parts of yourself. Healing looks different for everyone. Together, we will work to define what is true and meaningful for you.

I have over two decades of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, teens, and children. I work with a variety of clinical concerns, including interpersonal difficulties, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, perinatal health, trauma/PTSD parenting, attachment wounding, depression, and anxiety.

I often integrate a variety of modalities such as EMDR, Brain spotting, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, (IFS) Internal Family Systems, (ACT) Acceptance Commitment, DBT and other therapeutic approaches that best meet your individual needs.
